The Alphaliner's design is based on high-quality materials, a special-quality ECR fiber, and a resin system optimized for UV light curing with unsaturated polyester (PE) or vinylester (VE) resin.
This UV technology allows for quick curing using the innovative UV light-curing technology and provides a long service life for the final product.

3-layer compound foil to prevent damage and premature curing on-site due to sunlight
Glass fiber reinforcement (GFRP)
ECR glass fiber layers soaked in polyester resin for municipal wastewater, or vinylester resin for industrial wastewater. The layers are soaked very evenly for maximum stress resistance. The system is optimized for quick curing with UV light
Particularly resistant protective layer
The 0.5-millimetre thick resin-rich inner surface of the Alphaliner is designed to withstand maximum mechanical and chemical stress. Flushing tests have confirmed that the Alphaliner's resistance to high pressure flushing exceeds the requirements of DIN EN 19523 by far. Similarly, the values required for abrasion resistance (Darmstädter Kipprinne, DIN 19565-1) are clearly exceeded.

3-layer compound foil to aid installation. It is highly transparent for good curing properties and is removed after UV light curing
