With a self-propelled rehabilitation robot, HSR top-hat profile technology provides an interlocking and frictional connection of hose liners in branch sewer areas. Top-hat profiles with up to 60 cm installation depth and UV light curing set new standards.
The HSR top-hat profiles from bendable fabric are soaked in a synthetic resin at the factory. There is thus no need to handle resins at the construction site. The UV light curing HSR top-hat profile is positioned using the HSR rehabilitation robot in front of the branch in the main sewer. A high-quality front camera is used for the initial positioning as well as for video documentation. The exact position is performed using two additional positioning cameras.
The HSR top-hat profile is pressed to a form-fit on the pipe wall using air pressure and is then cured precisely using UV light within minutes. The newly developed set and curing control is capable of noting and documenting all important rehabilitation parameters. In addition to the speedy rehabilitation process, the installation record and inspection video after rehabilitation are generated in one step.
