Growth & international success
The many years of experience of the founders, their motivation and know-how, which drove the growth and success of the company, were particularly formative for the first few years. As the only system provider on the market, RELINE is still pursuing the holistic approach "everything from a single source".
Further central components are the comprehensive training and further education offers of the RELINEACADEMY as well as the unique Total Quality Management (TQM), which ensures the constant high quality of the renovations.
Already in the first year of production, RELINE manufactured a remarkable 180,000 metres of the Alphaliner GRP pipe liner. In the following years, the Alphaliner technology established itself due to its unique design and precisely coordinated components. To date, more than 6,000,000 metres of Alphaliner have been produced by RELINE and successfully installed by pipe rehabilitation companies.

CODE OF CONDUCT
RELINE has imposed certain values, principles and rules on itself with a binding internal Code of Conduct, which apply to every employee of the RELINE UV Group and are firmly integrated into the corporate culture. RELINE assumes that its customers, suppliers, and other business partners also share these values and comply with all applicable regulations and laws.
This Code of Conduct for Contractual Partners therefore names some minimum standards to be observed as a basis for all business relationships between RELINE and its partners.

The Alphaliner product is not complete until it has been successfully installed on the construction site. RELINE has therefore installed a Total Quality Management System (TQM) that is unique in the industry and includes controlled and controlled quality assurance across the entire value chain - from the raw material to the fully cured Alphaliner on the construction site. The TQM forms the basis for consistently high quality in all production areas of RELINE. The qualified installation companies are closely involved in the TQM.

The innovative design of the Alphaliner stands for endless areas of application and stands out with properties that set high standards:

UV light-proof, fabric-reinforced PVC outer protection, optionally as integrated sliding protection or integrated preliner.

Polymer film (PA) with styrene barrier function.

Load-bearing thickness of the composite structure consisting of ECR glass fibres for Alphaliner500G or for Alphaliner1800H. Formed out of wrapped pre-impregnated glass fibre layers.

Abrasion protective layer against highest chemical and mechanical loads.

Inner foil (PE/PA) as installation aid with styrene barrier (generally removed once curing is completed)
